Cancellation Policy

Scope and Applicability

This applies to all direct bookings via our website. Third-party platform bookings follow their own cancellation rules.

Booking does not guarantee acceptance.


Within 48 hours of booking, Renter is required to (1) sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement, (2) complete & pass ID verification.
 

Payment

  • Full payment of rental amount is collected at booking.
     

Cancellation Refunds

  • Cancellations made 10 days or more before arrival: 97% refund of rental payments paid (damage waiver non-refundable).

  • Cancellations made within less than 10 days of arrival: No refund of rental payments.

  • The retained 3% covers processing and administrative costs.
     

No-Show and Early Departure

  • No-shows: No refund of payments. Security deposit hold refunded if applicable.

  • Early departures: No refund for unused nights; security deposit hold refunded if no damage.
     

Cleaning Fee and Pet Fee

  • Cleaning fee is non-refundable, as standard cleaning is performed for every stay.

  • Pet fee, if applicable, is non-refundable to cover additional cleaning and potential wear. Any damage beyond normal use may be charged against the security deposit hold or insurance coverage.
     

Extenuating Circumstances

  • Documented emergencies may be considered at our discretion; standard refund rules apply if approved.

  • Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance for full protection.
     

Policy Changes

We may modify this policy; the version at booking applies. Guests will be notified of changes for future bookings.
